We've been using it for two weeks now. Love it. First time we have had a pull down sprayer and a high profile faucet. We had it installed for us when the new countertops and an under mount sink were installed so can't speak to the ease of installation. The only problem we had was that the first one has missing pieces but Amazon shipped a new one for free an provided free shipping of the original back to them. The magnetic pull down was the reason I bought this one along with the way it looks. Works great.
I LOVE my new faucet. It goes great with my newly remodeled kitchen. I saved about $25 by purchasing one that had "damaged" packaging but the faucet was fine. Then I used my points from AMEX and saved another $60. I paid right at $100. It looks great and it works great. I'm very happy with my purchase. I will mention that the faucet was a lot lighter than I expected.
Faucet was shipped fast and received in great condition. Price was excellent and shipping costs were reasonable. It seems to be well made and really looks impressive. I was afraid at first that it was going to be a bit overpowering, but once installed, it really looks good. Instructions to install were certainly adequate..they don't 'hold your hands' but, good grief, it's just a faucet. It hasn't been in use long enough to give a durability rating, but I haven't seen anything glaring that would give me reason to expect less than at least a normal lifespan.
